Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of the online store PURAVIDA have been prepared in accordance with “Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov” (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of GZS and international codes for e-commerce.
The General Terms and Conditions contain the operation of the online store PURAVIDA, user rights and business relationship between the provider and the customer.
(A summary of the legislation)
The Service Provider commits to always provide the following information to the customer:
- The Company ID (Name, headquarters location, registry number).
- Contact information that allows fast and effective to the Customer (Email, phone).
- The essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees).
- Product availability (Any product or service that is offered on the site should be available within a reasonable period of time).
- Shipping methods of products or service execution (manner, place and time of delivery).
- All prices must be clearly and unambiguously defined. It must be clear whether they contain taxes and transport costs.
- Payment and delivery methods,
- The time of the validity of the offer.
- The time frame in which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the withdrawal conditions. In addition, also on whether and how much it costs the customer to return the product.
- An explanation of the procedure for a complaint, including details of the contact person or Customer services.
Due to the nature of online business to offer PURAVIDA updates and changes often and quickly.
Prices equal the suggested prices of suppliers.
All prices are including VAT unless explicitly stated.
Prices are valid at the time of the purchase and have no predetermined validity.
Despite enormous efforts to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, it may occur that the price given is not accurate. In this case or if the price is changed during the order processing, the customer will have the possibility to withdraw from the purchase. In addition, the Service Provider will offer a solution that will go toward mutual satisfaction.
Discounts, promotional codes, etc. do not add up. Money paid in gift vouchers, bonuses and quotations is not remunerated.
The provider of services will deliver the products within the agreed upon time. The Service Provider reserves the right to choose any delivery service if the contract can be completed more efficiently and in accordance with the price/shipping costs than stated upon purchase.
The Service Provider will try to contact the customer in order to clarify orders or. shipping address and with the purpose of informing the customer of news, promotional material, sales and tracking only if the customer does not explicitly oppose such communication. Personal information and contact addresses which the user has submitted during registration will be protected and used by The Service Provider in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
Discharge from liability
The Service Provider tries to ensure promptness and accuracy of the data published on the website. Nevertheless, the nature of items, delivery or prices can change so rapidly that The Service Provider fails to correct the information on the website in time. In this case, the customer will be informed about the changes and will have the possibility of withdrawal from the contract or replacement of the ordered items.
The Service Provider tries to also provide accurate pictures of products, nevertheless all photographs should be perceived as symbolic. The photos do not guarantee product properties.
Complaints and disputes
The Service Provider respects the existing consumer protection laws. The Service Provider tries with reasonable efforts to comply with its duty to establish an effective system for dealing with complaints and designate a person, which, in case of problems, the customer can connect by Phone or Email.
The Service Provider will confirm that it has received the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long will it take to process it and keep him informed of the procedure.
The provider is aware that it is an essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as solving the case goes, its asymmetry between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute in court. Because of this major obstacle the consumer does not initiate a dispute before the courts. Therefore, the provider tries to settle any disputes amicably.
A customer that ordered products in the PURAVIDA web store may withdraw from the contract (purchase) for any reason. The customer is required to inform the provider of the withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the ordered package (via Email: email@example.com). No reason for withdrawal is required.
The goods in question must be sent back to the address which we provide, within 30 days after the initial message, as they will be returned to the supplier. The goods must be undamaged and in the same quantity as ordered.
Within 30 days of the received message all of the customers purchases in question will be refunded.
Costs incurred when returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. The returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
The customer is required to attach the bill of payment to the returned goods.
It is impossible to withdraw from the purchase of custom made products within 14 days after the purchase for no reason. With custom made product the customer may exercise a complaint within 60 days. The complaint must be in written format and must contain:
- the exact indication of one or more products,
- the error in the product the complaint is about
- the original bill must be added.
The customer must allow the company to inspect the product.
The company replies to the customer in no later than 8 days. If the complaint is valid, the customer is offered a removal of the error, a new product or to withdraw from the purchase.

We commit to permanently protect all user personal data. The service provider will use the personal data solely for the fulfillment of orders (sending of informational material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communications.
The User information will under no circumstances be handed over to unauthorized persons. The Customers are also responsible for the safety of their personal information, as they must secure the username and password of their user account.
