Description

Exclusively Williams pear cultivar is used in the distillation process, yearly production capacity amounts to ~2000 liters of high-quality liquor. Besides our state-of-the-art production, our other remarkable feature are dehydrated slices of quality Williams pears which accompany the exquisite liquor being aged in individual bottles, producing a characteristic taste and nature of pear brandy. Over time, aging amplifies the blend and further distinctive aroma notes surface in the taste.

Williams pear is a variety of definitive flavor and sweetness and thus holding greatly recognized features for distillation as a traditional Viljamovka liquor of high quality, rich in notable aroma. Viljamovka pear brandy is typically considered the most representative and the high end of liquors, native to Slovenia.
